The objective is to limit our environmental impact as much as possible. In support of our quality and environmental work, we have different policy documents and certifications. We also perform continuous quality monitoring both internally and externally.

CERTIFIKATES

ÖrnalpUnozon are certified to deliver highest possible quality products such as heat exchangers, pressure vessles and large constructions to our industry. We design thermally acc HTRI or Aspentech and construct and manufacture according EN13445.
A verfication against ASME VIII, Div 1 is also possible.

We are also an approved supplier of pressure vessles to the Chinese market.

MATERIAL & WELDING EXPERTISE

ÖrnalpUnozon is a knowledge-intensive company where welding procedures and professional skills of our employees are key components in our success.

Many years of experience in welding and machining a variety of materials such as titanium, duplex, super duplex, low tempered- and low-alloy steel as well as carbon steel have built our solid and extensive knowledge bank.

This has led to our workshop having the welding certificate according to EN ISO 3834-2, by TUV NORD. Our strong team handles a variety of welding processes:

• MIG welding (GMAW)
• MIG-svetsning (GMAW)
• Plasma welding (PAW)
• Electroslag welding (ESW)
• Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)

ÖrnalpUnozon have the ability to design, manufacture and handle pressure tanks with wall thicknesses up to 40 mm.

Catch internal abnormalities to prevent a recurrence.
In case of a complaint, we shall follow up and find the cause in order to prevent a recurrence.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

ÖrnalpUnozon’s ambition is to limit our total environmental impact and to prevent new environmental problems. By constantly improving our environmental performance, we contribute to an ecologically sustainable development.

• We will work to reduce the environmental impact both in terms of transportation of our products and in our manufacturing.
• We will also be restrictive in the use of chemicals in our business.
• Our aim is to always use the products that have the least environmental impact.

This will be achieved by;

• We shall comply with laws and requirements from authorities.
• We must, as far as it is possible, set standards for our carriers to operate their transports in an environmentally friendly manner.
• We shall try to get the other suppliers to offer us, in cases where there is choice, products with the least environmental impact.
• In order to reduce the use of chemicals we should be more attentive when purchasing chemicals. I.e. reduce the number of varieties and choose the least dangerous.
• In connection with business trips we shall as far as possible choose the environmentally most advantageous mode of transport with regard to economy and timelines.
